Criteria For Returns:

- IF you received the item and want to return the item that is in perfect condition that has been UNUSED / UNOPENED

- IF the item is slightly defective and our support team deems it as a return instead of refund

If you are requesting a return, you are required to cover the cost of shipping for the item.
